Constitution Insurance Company, our protected cell company domiciled in Tennessee, will be highlighted as a platform that can provide an array of risk retention applications, flexibility and cost efficiencies, particularly using large deductible reimbursement captives. We will also be rolling out several new initiatives to the middle market policyholder and agency owners involving niche marketing, new strategic partnerships involving captive financing, fronting and senior care living programs.”
