Chris Murray has been President of Caitlin Morgan Insurance Services since 2006. He is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company by working with management and vendor partners to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies.
Chris has more than 22 years of experience in the Alternative Risk Financing industry. He has managed various alternative risk insurance programs from Self-Insurance to Captive Programs.
Chris serves as President and Chairman of the Board for Midwest Insurance Group, Inc, a Risk Retention Group domiciled in Vermont. He also serves as Vice President with M.R. Mead and Company, a well-respected captive management company.
In addition, Chris serves as Vice Present of Constitution Insurance Company, LLC, a segregated cell captive domiciled in Tennessee.
Chris works closely with the Indiana Nursing Home Associations and serves as a board member of the Indiana Healthcare Foundation, a non-profit charity offering scholarships to those in the healthcare industry.
He served on the board of directors of the Arizona Captive Insurance Association and later served as President of the association.
Chris obtained his undergraduate degree from Butler University where he majored in accounting and later obtained his CPA designation in 1995.
Dustin joined Caitlin Morgan in May 2019 as Senior Vice President. Dustin is responsible for overseeing the Companies captive operations, including oversight of the captive management and captive consulting services provided by Caitlin Morgan’s Captive Management Division.
Dustin has spent his entire career in the captive insurance space. This includes 6 plus years in public accounting auditing primarily alternative risk insurance entities including captives and risk retention groups. Since leaving public accounting, Dustin has held various leadership positions in the captive management space, including as Director overseeing the Vermont captive management operations for a large brokerage and as Director of Captive Management operations at regional brokerage overseeing the captive management services provided.
Dustin is a Certified Public Accountant and serves on the Vermont Captive Insurance Association legislative committee, the TN Captive Insurance Associations conference committee, and the National Risk Retention Associations government affairs committee. Dustin is a frequent contributor for various captive industry publications.
John Haigerty began his tenure as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Caitlin Morgan Insurance Services in 2010. John is responsible for marketing the Caitlin Morgan Insurance Services brand through constant interaction with the firm’s valued retail agency partners. He is involved in establishing sales growth initiatives while optimizing the effectiveness of the programs and products offered by Caitlin Morgan to the market place.
John offers strong experience and knowledge in alternative risk solutions, especially associated with the ISESC Public School Risk Management Program, Health Select, an Employee Benefits Stop-Loss Captive, and several of Caitlin Morgan’s exclusive Healthcare Programs.
John earned his B.S. at Indiana University, Kelley School of Business, and is a Certified Insurance Counselor.
John and his wife live and work in Indianapolis, where they are raising four sons.
Gerry Dumke has been the Vice President of Underwriting at Caitlin Morgan Insurance Services since 2006. He is responsible for overseeing all wholesale brokerage activities, including program underwriting and placement of business. He works directly with agents as well as being the point of contact for contracted carriers and reinsurers. Gerry also contributes in the contracting of new markets and development of program opportunities. He assists with larger risk placement including large deductible and self-insurance policies. In addition, Gerry is involved with the creation and execution of executive management decisions regarding the enhancement of Caitlin Morgan’s growth.
Gerry has been involved in the insurance industry for almost 20 years working in various roles with insurance carriers, Third Party Administrators, and MGAs. His roles have included Marketing and Branding of new insurance carrier territories, planting of agencies and relationship development, Captive Underwriting, and Production Underwriting focused on growth and profitability. He also managed a group of underwriters including training and oversight, while working closely with claims and loss control to maintain profitability on a multi-state book of business.
Prior to entering the insurance industry, Gerry was involved in banking working as a Money Center Officer, tasked with setting loan and savings rates, assisting in the management of the bank’s investment portfolio and managing the day-to-day cash in order to maximize returns. He was involved in asset management committee meetings to help set bank strategy and budgeting with an emphasis on quantitative analysis.
Gerry earned his undergraduate degree, BS in Finance, from Butler University.
Clint began his insurance career in 2001 after graduating from Ball State University with a degree in Business Administration. He served as a life/health and property/casualty insurance agent for the first 3 years of his career. In 2004 Clint purchased Indiana Surplus Lines Insurance where he transitioned to President and Commercial Underwriter until 2011, when he sold to City Financial Corp. From 2011 until 2016, Clint maintained his position as President of the ISL division, while focusing his attention on marketing and commercial underwriting. In September of 2016, Clint joined Caitlin Morgan Insurance Services to oversee the growth and underwriting integrity of the wholesale P & C and Nursing Home RRG book.
Clint is a graduate of the Cincinnati Insurance Company’s School of Commercial Insurance, has held the coveted Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation since 2010, has been a proud supporter of the Independent Insurance Agents of Indiana and Indiana Young Agent Committee since 2004, is a past Young Agent of the Year Award winner (2011), and also served as Chairman of the Indiana Young Agents (2013-2014).
Stan Murray, Founder and President of Risk Management Administrators, Predecessor of Caitlin Morgan Insurance Services and currently serves as senior consultant for Caitlin Morgan Insurance Services. Stan has more than 50 years of experience in the Insurance and Alternative Risk industry. He has managed various alternative risk insurance programs from Self-Insurance to Group Self Insurance Programs.
Stan is Vice President of the Board for Midwest Insurance Group, Inc., a Risk Retention Group domiciled in Vermont. Stan also served as President of a mono-line insurance company responsible for overall corporate direction including financial structure, product development, marketing, underwriting, loss control, claims and staff management.
Stan is responsible for structuring self-insurance pool programs for both public and private entities, establishing plan structure, excess placement, underwriting controls, secure loss control and claims management services, contracting negotiations, and monitoring of services; and individual client risk management consulting services for self-funded workers’ compensation.
In addition, he developed the first captive self-insurance group in Indiana, served as Past Fund Manager for three Illinois self-insured groups, and Past Program Manager for two rent-a-captive programs that operated in 26 states.
Stan obtained his undergraduate degree from Purdue University and later did graduate work at Butler University. Stan holds an Associate in Risk Management designation.

Kevin M. Hill, ARM, will be joining our team as Director of Operations. Kevin graduated Marian College in 1993 with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Finance. Previously Kevin managed the NFP offices in Crawfordsville, Indiana.
With 28 years of experience in the insurance industry, including prior experience with alternative risk programs.Kevin also holds a license in property and casualty as well as an associate in risk management.
